What are your RIGHTS in relation to the processing of your data?

Data provided in the contact form
You can contact us directly through the “Contact” section of the website. For this purpose, it is necessary for the User to identify himself/herself and to indicate his/her personal data, so that IALE can contact the User, in case it is needed to answer his/her request for information. The necessary and obligatory data to be provided by the user to carry out such a registration are marked with the symbol *. If you do not fill in these fields, your request will not be accepted.
Such personal data will be incorporated into the General IALE database and will be kept to answer your request and/or request for information and, after that, they will be deleted within 24 months.
The legal basis for the processing of such data is the consent of the user who requests information, or has the need to maintain contact with IALE.
The purposes of the processing are as follows:
- Manage queries or requests for information that you send us via the website, email or telephone.

Work with us
In the event that you provide us with your curriculum vitae, either through the website or via e-mail, IALE will include them in its database. The curriculum vitae will be stored for a period of 2 years, after which, if we have not contacted you, it will be deleted.
The legal basis for the processing will be based on the express consent given by the interested party for the processing of the data contained in the curriculum vitae when sending it and ticking the box provided for this purpose.
The purpose of the processing is to incorporate you into present and future selection processes of IALE.
In the event that the interested party finally joins IALE as an employee, his/her data will be incorporated into a database owned by IALE, with the aim of internally managing the employer-employee relationship.
DATA PROTECTION
COLEGIO IALE, S.A. as Data Controller, informs you that personal, family and academic data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the L.O. 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
Special category data: Health data may be collected when providing us with information related to allergies, food intolerances or prescribed medical treatments, which will require express consent of the student/assistant over 14 years old or his/her parents, except in case of urgent need in which the vital interest of the minor will operate.
Data retention criteria: data will be retained for the time necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, either by legal obligation, by the contractual relationship with the Center or by legitimate interest and when no longer necessary for such purposes will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure the pseudonymization of the data or the total destruction of the same.
Communication of data: data will not be disclosed to third parties, unless it is necessary for the performance of the service.
Consent to the processing of images: For the processing of images, the consent of student/assistant over 14 years of age or that of his/her parents/guardians is required. You can authorize or not the treatment by marking with an “X” in the corresponding box.
The processing of the images will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of
Organic Law 1/1982, of May 5, 1982, on the civil protection of the right to honor, personal and family privacy, and self-image, as well as Organic Law 1/1996, of January 15, 1996, on the Legal Protection of Minors. These images will not be used for any other purpose or transferred to unauthorized third parties.
Rights of the Interested Party: Right to withdraw consent at any time. Right of access, rectification, portability and deletion of their data and the limitation or opposition to its processing. Right to file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (www.aepd.es).
